I couldn't go forward with the implant surgery. Got all the way into the chair and had to cancel. Poor quality office personnel. Have to sign paperwork upfront that you will be charged surgery time if you don't cancel an appointment within 48 hours. Takes a long time to get in for appointment. Office staff asks if you want to cancel your appointment a week before your surgery so they can schedule someone else. Holling did not talk to team players as requested prior to the appointment. Actually got in the chair. Then he called and said the orthodontist had a busy schedule. I called the orthodontist and they were willing to track him down. Too late. Already booted out the door. Was to reschedule but first available Thursday appointment was two months out. Not going back. Feel very upset. Also forgot to mention that when you do go in for your appointment the consent form basically says they don't guarantee satisfaction, so contrary to the initial consult. Never able to give Dr. Holling a chance as his paperwork and office staff give negative vibes. Dental assistant good.
