Renting at 2514 Frankfort Ave is a poor experience. High tenant turnover due to MAJOR Maint issues. BEWARE! Mold in AC unit. Cheaper (not really) Rent is no bargain here. Very loud units. Road noise. Floors squeak horribly & a homeless man sleeps in stairwell where the laundry access door is located.

How they don't have ahuge class action against them ill never know



My apartment stunk for 2 yrs!!! Brittany Vincent even admitted to the awful smell but then when i moved because of it totally denied it. Do not rent here. I rented from them for 2 years. I was 1 day late from my auto pay messing up 1 month n 2 years and received a eviction notice. Seriously. They never answer their phone. They have 2 girls living there calling police on each other and screaming at each other even keying cars and Sun said coupdnt get involved. Seriously b4 u rent here call me and i can show prove of my accusations. Good luck

They are slumlords. They do not maintain their properties. They also accept section 8 tenants in properties that tenants pay good money for. These tenants are loud and harass their neighbors, and they do nothing about this. Do not rent from them!

What are going to do about everything your managers did to me when you were the owners at the time of these apartments were I still live and" Why is Sabrina Gorman still working for you after everything she has done to me Robert M. Ford,Sr.?
