When I learned that the Pyles Transport management team does not encourage their drivers to speak to the customers, I found it very unusual, because the driver would ultimatley be the face of one's logistic transportation/delivery business. Through my experience with the company, as well as some detailed research, sparked by my curiosity and unpleasent conversations with drivers, I discovered that Pyles Transport routinely runs drivers well over their legal limit of driving hours. This is no mistake. These drivers are diliberatley managed this way. Drivers are too scared to speak up to the superiors of the company for fear of unreasonable retaliation. I hope the DOT and OSHA have a field day with their drivers log books... eventually statistics catch up with us all. When one continues to do things improperly, the end result is always negative. DO NOT GIVE THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!
