        Took my 2 Shih Tzu to be groomed fall of 2016. I wish I had trusted my gut instinct upon meeting the owner. When I picked up my dogs they were shaking uncontrollably and were terrified and traumatized. The owner called me on my cell about 15 minutes later to tell me "they" peed and pooped on the table. My dogs are 9 and 7 yrs old. That has NEVER EVER HAPPENED BEFORE. I wish they could talk and tell me what happened. It took about 6 weeks for them to start acting normal. Now I have a groomer come to my home.

        My dog was left unattended on a table while the guy was babysitting a child in a high chair. My dog choked and has permanent damage to his esophagus from being hung. His capillaries burst in his eyes and he forever has trust issues with men. Thank God we found a great groomer. Terrible and traumatic.

        I brought my (14 year old) daughter with me to drop off our dog (a border collie). The rather large man behind the counter stared at her inappropriately the entire time. The prices were a lot lower than other places but this was a turn off. Never again will I go there I was so disgusted!

        Fantastic! The owner took the time to find out exactly how we wanted our dogs groomed, what we liked, what we didn't like. It was exceptional. We have two malti-poos -- rescues -- and one is more poodle, one is more maltese. He tailored the grooming to each specific breed. He just "gets it". By far the best groomer we have been to yet. They even brushed our babies' teeth! Outstanding.

        i have been going to mom'a pet x-ing for many years he knows my dogs and how they behave to be able to groom my pets . i know i can leave t hem and not worry about them. I can call them and they work them in. thanks ron
