My oldest sister and I was there.i remember on Christmas they took us to the Brown Hotel in Louisville.my House parents were named Moore.i learned wood working there I made a cypress knee lamp and gave it to someone there

My grandmother worked at KCH and sometimes I got to spend the night with her girls in the dorm. I remember sleeping upstairs and the main room and kitchen and dining area were downstairs. The lower floor was the "girls private area". My grandmother told me she did not to down there unless necessary. It was a place of privacy for the girls. I did get to go down there though. :D The girls called her Mom Martin. This was in the mid-late 60s. Many girls stayed in touch with her through Christmas cards, etc. I seem to remember a Mr. Fritz but I could be wrong.

I was in KCH in the 60's. I owe that place my life. I miss my friends there so much. Do any of you know or Remember Mom Logan or Mom brown. How about Ronnie Dewitt. Or James Hardin. Or Stacy Waldell. I Am Deborah ( Slone) Stevens. And would love to talk to anyone that was there the same time I was
