They are personable and very fair with their pricing. Explained what they needed to do prior to repairing. No hidden costs.

This will be the only place I will go for my cell phone needs!

I would highly recommend this place. They work on all types of phones. The service was fast only 30 minutes. And the price was totally affordable. My LCD screen was cracked and they fixed it fast.

Very friendly workers and no problems at all. I plan to come again. Very satisfied

I can only speak for my personal experience with ITech Solutions, but I will say that it was a very good experience that I had when dealing with the two brothers who work at the store.



I took my Samsung Galaxy S2 into the store to see how much it would cost and how long it would take to get my phone repaired. The phone had quit charging; slowly shorting out and eventually would not turn on. ITech quoted me a price, which did not include a ‘diagnosis fee’ and told me they could repair my phone the same day. Instead of jumping on the offer, I still went ahead and took my phone to another repair company on Shelbyville road to compare what would the better deal and to ensure I did not spend unnecessary money. This company told me that in order to ‘doctor’ my phone, there would be a $35 diagnosis fee regardless of if I use them to fix the phone, and then it would take a day before they could diagnose the problem, much less to fix the problem that is identified. If I remember correctly, they did not do the repairs at their store as ITech did. It was an easy choice, and I decided to take my phone back to ITech Solutions.



ITech was able to replace the charging port the same day, and my entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I truly feel that the two associates were looking out for my best interests. I showed a strong interest in another phone while there, but I was told that it would still be my best option to have my Galaxy S2 repaired instead of me buying a new phone. They told me that I would save money and would still end up with a better phone than the one I was going to buy. The extra expense just was not necessary



A few days later I went back into the store and bought a battery from ITech and once again both brothers were very personable and helpful, and both remembered me and my situation in great detail. They made me feel as if I was a longtime customer that had been coming there fore years. Both gentlemen seem to be genuine, caring, and honest, as one could expect from a good business that provides honest service.

I traded my exhibit for the lg optimus and i had no problems and the service was excellent. I reccomend this store to anyone looking for a great deal along with great service.

I had an iPhone 4 I came to I-tech solutions and traded in iPhone 4 for an iPhone 5 and payed a decent difference for it.

The guy that helped me took very good care of me and gave me different options so I could get the phone I really wanted.

Everybody come to this place, the phones aren't expensive and they give great service and will answer any questions you all have for them.

I will definitely come back if I decide to get another phone.

I so far did not have any issues with any of the repairs, but if I had one, they seem to be ones who would stand by their work.

the customer service was awesome, there selection of phones were great and they also took my broken phone as part of the payment toward my new phone. definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience here! I dropped my phone, breaking the internal screen. My carrier wanted to charge me $550 for a new phone because I wasn't eligible for an upgrade, I was able to just get my screen fixed here! Plus, they worked so quickly. I had my phone in less than an hour, even with other customers in the store. Thank you so much!
