Fern Creek Coin Laundry

This is a very clean place to do laundry. The people here are so very kind and sweet. I LOVE IT ...ALWAYS CLEAN AND NEAT.

DO NOT use this place, usually there is not a person in charge. And if there is they are horrible, with an attitude. Also when you use a machine either washer or dryer and it eats your money and it does not work, and ask for refund this is what you get " that machine is out of service" ... well no out of service note was on it... " well usually people will take it off, this is the last time we will refund the money" yeah right.

This place is horrible. I went in to wash a comforter, they only had 2 large capacity washers, a few front loads that did not have doors on them, most said OUT OF ORDER and the ones that were available were the half the size of my washer at home. This place reminds me of a scene from a horror movie where your car stops and your looking for an open store to use the phone. But that won't happen here - there is no attendant on sight. I would not recommend anyone go to this place unless its Halloween and the rest of the haunted houses are closed.

Don't waste your time or gas!!! I didn't want to even give it a 1 star but I couldn't give my review without a rating :-(

Nice place to do your laundry. Recently painted and cleaned up after being closed for 2 years.
