        Our AC went out on a 100+ degree day- we thought we may have to replace the entire unit. Cotton Service Company was there first thing the next AM, and determined that it was our capacitor- they saved us thousands of dollars, and we know that we can trust them! Very friendly & efficient staff too :)

        The service tech that was sent...

        The service tech that was sent to my home was very nice. I was afraid that I was going to have to replace my entire thermostat he came in and did a complete assesment of my unit and said that I only needed to replace the thermometer in my thermostat. He's honesty saved me alot of money and was very kind. I will use Cotton again in the future.
