Be Be Nails

Bebe is my go to place I mainly get pedicures and every once in a whole I get a full set or a manicure. I went somewhere else once and it was just not the same. I would definitely recommend Bebe nails to anyone.

They are always unbelievably sweet to us, my sisters and I come in as a group (there are 3 of us) along with cousins (2 normally) and they just take amazing care of us. They do a beautiful job. Actually, just before my cousin's wedding not only did they do a great job with our nails they gave us bottles of the polish we picked out (to match our bridesmaids dresses) so that we could touch up in case we smudged or chipped before the wedding. Now I know they get polish at a discount rate but OPI is still not cheap and they just gave it to us because thats how sweet they are. I've got natural nails and I'm picky about the shape they get filed in to, I never have to worry here they know exactly how to handle my sister's acrylics and my natural nails, we always come out completely satisfied.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer care I received while at BeBe Nails 7049 Raggard Rd. Louisville KY 40216. I arrived at the place of business at 7:00 PM April 5, 2012 with the intentions to receive full service ( manicure, pedicure, wax), but instead received inadequate service. I was appointed a broken chair that would not allow me to slide back and b/c of that I was very uncomfortable so I asked politely if i could move to a working chair, but my request was denied. I assumed that the confusion was a result of the language barrier, but was quickly proving wrong when I attempted to speak to someone else for help and was told once more that if I was uncomfortable I could leave. I'm confused of why I they were so rude even while I mainted a poliet demeanor. Needless to say a few friends of mine and myself will not be returning customers. -Mary

I love this place!! Everyone is great and super friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else!! I love BEBE :) They also do an awesome job!! Never had any problems.

I have been here 4 times. Each time I go to get a pedicure I get a very young girl who does my feet and she always falls asleep doing them as if she is being worked to death (I feel sorry for her). I was in there the other day and asked for a tip to be put on my toe. The young lady cut it down and I said that it was ok I said yes. Once the french manicure was applied you could clearly see that the nail was way too long. I asked if the nail could be cut down and was told "I asked you if you like". I explained without the white tip being painted on you really couldn't tell. And I asked again could you just cut it down. I was told "We very busy here, you see we work hard". Last time I checked I have a job and I work hard for the money that I am paying for this service. Needless to say I walked out went home,cut the nail myself and called it a day. I will never go back there. Not saying that you will have the same experience but it is clear that they could care less if you are happy.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Angel is the best. Even after two weeks, I never need a fill in because she does such a wonderful job!!

Angel does the best waxing in the area! I'm always greeted with a smile and rarely have to wait! Everyone is super friendly! Prices are very reasonable too!
