Really neat and clean! So much better than it looked last year. Totally different! The manager is really nice and helpful and seems to be working hard to get everything fixed and cleaned up. Helped me and others with getting help to pay rent because of being off work. I really didn’t expect that.

The raccoons are so bad that they travel in groups of 5 and more at a time. They come out day and night. Not safe for kids to be out anytime. The park is scamming people with a fake water bill of $100 per month. I was gone for a month and didn't use a drop of water and still had a $100 water bill. Rent is crazy high and keeps going up every few months. Vickie the office manager is LAZY, she wont come out of her office for anything, she doesn't even know the names of the roads in the park. She never travels the park to see how run down things are or to see what needs to be taken care of, she doesn't care, all she works on is getting money from the residents. She has no clue how to fix anything or manage the park at all, plus she is rude and tries to rip everyone off with overbilling. Do not move here unless you have a lot of money to spend each month because the park is going to rip you off every single month. Biggest scam I have ever seen. Rated 1 star because the site wouldn't allow a ZERO rating.

I live here and find Autumn Lake Point to be a nice,quiet place to live. It's very peaceful here and I feel very safe. I am sure if you set out to look for drugs or crime, it can probably be found, as unfortunately no place is immune, but it is not as the other poster posted. As far as 'wild animals", of course there are some racoons and such but they aren't running around all over the place lol; God made a wonderful world full of all kinds of creatures. You are responsible for cutting your own grass so keep it mowed and you have nothing to worry about. Unhappy people can be found everywhere but, I would recommend living here, my family loves it here. Have a blessed day!

I will start with the fact that the residents here have started a group to fight back against the owner and management of this place! It's gotten so bad and much worse with the new owners! Not a place to move your children to! Crime rate is up and drugs are everywhere! They have taken the rent up by 90.00 since this time last year! Now they send us a bogus water bill( not from the Louisville water company!) and this "water" bill goes up constantly it doubled this month a one person home was charged 104.00 how is that possible and it's for one month not 2! The wild animals are terrible as far as raccoons, skunks, opossums, and ground hogs! The weeds and grass that they are responsible for are so over grown and have BLACK WIDOW spiders living in them! Just please take it from us the residents of autumn lake DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!
