National Health Foundation Recuperative Care

A very old, run down apt bldg in a poor neighborhood. My son went there after being discharged from hospital. Cockroches were in his room. His new roommate was put into the bed next to him without the bedding being changed from the previous patient. This new patient stole my son's tablet and when reported the staff said nothing. Food was very minimal. My son never had the adequate nutrition he needed. They did not find housing for my son and he was released back on the street. I notified Cedars Hospital not to send patients here.
