Walter A Mann Did sell our home one year ago and he came with this savvy marketing plan and when we put it on the market he did nothing he promised. In fact all he did do was come back month after month demanding we reduce in price. It was a terrible experience and would never ever recommend him to a friend. He put his commission before out home. Negative 5 stars! Horrible!!!!!
