        I have had several irregularly shaped mirrors made by this company-- triangles and octagons. The mirrors were cut quickly and accurately, the prices were extremely reasonable, and the employees and owners were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

        Don't waste your time!!!

        A simple job that was supposed to take "a couple of days" is now beyond two weeks with no product being delivered. This place is completely unprofessional, and disorganized. I call every day to check in and everyday it's like the first ime I've called they donl't know who I am or what I'm calling about.

        Unfortunately I have to give them one star to write the review - they don't deserve it.

        I have no idea how this company is still in business. Our law firm requested a consultant to measure conference tables & desks in our office; when the consultant never arrived 2 hours after the appointment time we called their office to be told he was ill & would not show up. We scheduled a second one & he did not show up again. The third time he had shown up several hours late. After the consultation we waited over a month & never received a price quote until we contacted them. We paid the requested deposit & were told to have our glass in 2 weeks but another month went by & the glass never arrived. We contacted the office again & were given a date but only half the order arrived & they came several hours late. Another month went by & we never heard from them. We had to contact their office & threaten to file suit to recieve our order. 4 days after the final delivery they called us & quote, "We want to know when you're going to pay us." Only once did we receive any documents/invoices.
