California Secretary of State

I visited he secretary of state in los angeles on first of december 2009, I had to attest the birth certificate of my new born baby who was born on 18th of November 2009 at Desert spring regional hospital in Palm springs and I collected the birth certificate from Riverside Dept of Public Health. I found the employee of the secretary of state very friendly and helpful. Every body on small and busy waiting room in south tower 12th floor was happy about servies tey were recieving. Most of them were holding birth certificate and they wanted to attest it except a few students who were holding their degree certificates to attest.I submited the birth certificate to attest , they called me in a few miutes wondering how the the Dept of Public Health in Riverside didnt seal my certificate.as every and all birth certificate issued must be seald and delivered ...so unfortunately I had to go back to Riverside and ask them to finish their unfinished job I thought it was excellent if they could solve
