Cox Appliance Repair

They were referred by my home warranty company. The warranty didn't cover the repair (replacing an ice/water dispenser on my fridge) but I asked them to do it anyway. The part was $200 and $100 for install. The dispenser does not work at all now. I called and asked them to return. They subcontracted a guy who works on high end appliances to come out. He told me dispenser was installed improperly and the damage done to my refrigerator door would require them to order a new door. Cox appliance has not responded to calls or emails since that time. Do not let them in your house.
