Sales staff was interested only in getting payment, not in insuring that the order was filled, tile layed to customer satisfaction. After receiving payment in excess of $2,500 sales was unwilling to order more tile to complete the job without payment for both tile and labor when their layers was already tasked for the job. Delayed tile order for 5 days and then was unable to provide desired tile for 2 weeks. I had to call to find out the tile was not ordered - additional tile was approximately $250 in decorative tile. The final bill was incorrect; I was charged for tile grout mix bag for each room when less than 1 bag was used for the entire floor tile.



The laying of the tile was professional and timely. The only problem was that there was no communication between the tradesmen and the billing at the store.



Will never return to store to buy anything. I found the tile I wanted in Fort Worth; ordered it; and received drop shipment in Longview the following Tuesday. Completed the kitchen remodel on time. The Longview store was unwilling to go beyond greeting me at the door and asking for money.
