GREAT specials, soups and drinks. Everything tastes homemade, but by a chef! You will see regular faces there often, as people know a good place that consistently serves healthy fresh food with fantastic flavor. Long time server Lisa is THE BEST too! Efficient, caring and fun! I am so grateful to have a restaurant like this so close to home. Easily beats the chain restaurants for variety.

very good food & service

I read that Mike O'Shays was one of Longmont's favorite places. I was excited to try it for our first time. We had the special, Prime Rib. The seafood chowder was just ok, a bit starchy for my taste. It was more creamy/starchy and couldn't take the seafood at all. The Prime rib portion was nice and had good flavor but the baked potatoe was hard and actually crusty inside. Not my favorite. The wait staff was good and very friendly.

Whjere else can you go for that friendly home town bar feel. Service is good. Food was very enjoyable. great, portion good. Would make another trip back.

This is a fun restaurant. It is small and popular so can be crowded! The food AND the service is great.

Best reuben I've ever had outside of NYC. Sweet potato fries... yum. Good salads and sandwiches. But everybody who's anybody in Longmont eats at O'Shay's, so watch what you say while you're eating. And try not to be obvious when you eavesdrop yourself! Local gossip spreads here, for better or worse. Great atmosphere, drinks. When in old town Longmont, there are few better choices for a hearty lunch.

This is a mid-priced restaurant. The food is really good and the different local beers are great. If you like beer, ask for one of the local brews. They offer different specials in addition to the menu each night. Staff is helpful, but not pushy. Appropriate place to take children or have an adult evening. Can be somewhat difficult to locate on main street because it looks like a typical store front, but worth looking for!
