        Overall

        My goodness- gorgeous food under extreme circumstances, Steve and Chas were so great at my daughter's wedding! We were in an old cabin with uncertain electricity, but he set up his cookers and brought out platters of salad, pan-fried trout, and a fantastic combo of potatoes. These folks CANNOT BE BEAT!!!

        Best Catering Company in Colorado! We love the food, the presentation and the people they did a remarkable job. Thank you sooo much to Steve and don't ever get rid of that Ashley she's one of a kind that knows her business. Thanks again you just have to try them they are all worth it!
