What can I tell you the service was excellent and the Pedicure was the most meticulous pedicure I had ever received. Kudo's to the Manicurist / Pedicurist.

Besides the fact that my friend and i were in ice cold rooms which made it terribly difficult to relax the therapists didn't stay true to the protocol of the services we had chosen. My ayurvedic massage and scrub according to my dosha was not discussed at all. I recieved a light sweedish massage, even though i indicated that i had wanted firm pressure. I then had a basic salt scrub rubbed very firmly into my skin. My friend had a reflexology foot and leg treatment, without the reflexology. We were then sent into a shower that had one tempature..scolding hot.
