Kamal Palace Cuisine of India

I am an Indian and I eat here regularly . the food tastes good and the lunch buffet is good too. I always leave with a super full stomach that induces coma.
I didn't like their aloo paneer though :(.

the buffet is worth the money but not always kept hot enough and often mostly veggies.
but the menu is outstanding if you are not looking for cheap buffet.
amazing atmosphere and nice owner. worth the $.

I absolutely love this restaurant. Its a little hole in the wall place with amazing food and friendly, welcoming service. My favorite is the chicken korma in a yogurt sauce with indian spices, cashews and raisins. You get to choose how hot(spicy) you want your dinner: mild, medium or hot. I usually go with medium, it's not extremely spicy but you get all the flavors of the spices. With mild I found it lacking some flavor but still wonderful. I haven't found an Indian restaurant that makes chicken korma as delicious as Kamal Palace. Paapadum with the mango and mint chutneys(free like you would normally get bread and butter at other restaurants), Mulligatawny soup, garlic naan and a mango lassi along with the chicken korma is my favorite dinner. Other good entrees are :chicken tikka masala, chicken vindaloo, aloo paneer and sweet naan, theres probably a lot more but the chicken korma is sooo good I always get that! And there's always left overs for lunch or dinner the next day! mmm just writing this is making me want it for dinner. : ) My dad also recommends the lunch buffet.
