        Overall

        Called Mr. Franks on a Saturday and made an appointment with him to give me an estimate on the following Monday. First he was late for the appointment at least 45 minutes with no explanation after we talked and he looked at what needed to be done he was going to email me the estimate after leaving messages for him and leaving message's at his email I have yet to receive an estimate after a week and still to this day have not heard anything from him. Terrible was to run a business.
