Being retired and unable to load my mower in my trunk, They came to my house and picked up my mower to be worked on. They did their diagnostics and called me with their findings. They told me how much it would cost for labor and parts and I gave them permission to continue their work. They didn't try to sell me other service or parts, it was just fix it and go. Other places always 'suggest' or 'recommend' things to be done just to make more money. But they were honest and told me how to take care of the mower in the fall to prep for storage so I wouldn't have them same issues next year.
