Horrible company to deal with. I was quoted for a cleaning and putting in padding. They missed their first appointment, were late to their second appointment and for the third. The second appointment was for the cleaning and the third was for the installation of padding. They guy tried to charge me more than what I had already paid for previously for the whole deal. When I showed him the receipt he said fine. He put in a new pad and it was the wrong size! You can clearly see the step down from where the new pad meets the old pad and when I mentioned this, the guys said: "You know what?! Don't pay me! Goodbye!" He literally took off, didn't finish putting down the carpet and just left. Even worse, when I called their offices, whoever answered had the audacity to yell at me for "not paying his guy". The man on the phone would not let me even finish my sentence to clarify what had happened. Now i'm out all this money and STILL need to call another company to come put in the proper sized padding. What a horrible company. Do not do business with them.

Workers were very nice prompt and gentle!! service was awesome!! I will be definitely use them again :)

Called Goodson because my carpeting was trashed from a lazy hubby and a toddler and was not disappointed. The technician, Al...not Alfred, just Al, arrived on time and did an excellent job. Found a coupon for 40 bucks for 2 rooms and a hallway on their website, cannot beat the price. I will absolutely use Goodson's services again.

On 7-11-2008 two architect (curtis&james) from goodson came to clean my carpet two rooms and a hall way at the time i like the work that they did, but over a few days i startit to see the stains in my carpet come back so i place a call too goodson talk to a very nice young lady. So i ask general question like when someone from your company cleans a carpet and she answer about a month now that was monday 7-28-2008. Seventeen days my carpet stay clean now my carpet was'nt that bad mostly just walk mark and juicie stains but i don't care my carpet should have not got right back drity in 17 days so i called and talk 2 a manager (durell) let him know about everthing that happen well mr.manager told me that i will get a refund that was tuesday 7-29-2008 that was the same day that the architect (curtis) came to my house and said he's not re-cleaning the carpet. So mr.manager said well how bout this we just refund you your money you can come on thrusday 7-31-2008 so i called no refund yet all i got is a bunch of BULLSHIT so there's no good in goodson steemer i would'nt let them clean my dog house.
