This is Colorado's first feline exclusive grooming salon, catering to what others deem dangerous. Cat grooming comes natural to the staff, they are professional and cats leave happy. Matting can be life threatening, aggressive cats tend to be sedated at most veterinary clinics due to lack of groomers able to provide such a professional service. No sedation here! Even the most aggressive kitties find out how relaxing a true spa day can be! Check us out! You will be happy you did!

I agree with Mr. Grady. YOU SUCK. Aside from scaring my totally mellow cat to death, you lied to me about his having "explosive diahrrea" so you could hand him back to me wet and un clipped.

I will only say that you are good at lying to cat parents, otherwise-------well, karma will get you in the end.

Come to think of it, I might protest in front of your salon as a holiday gift.

I called in beforehand and scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm to get my cat's hair shaved. I brought him in at 3:30pm, and I was told that it would take 2 - 2.5 hours to complete, and that he would be ready by 5:30-6pm.
When I showed up at 6pm, they had not even started on my cat yet! They started after I got there, and they were finished before 7 (in under an hour), and after they were finished, Rachel did not even realize that I had an appointment. She thought I was a walk-in, but her assistant corrected her, and let her know that I did call ahead and schedule an appointment. Oops. I told Rachel and her assistant that I did not have money in my account to pay beyond the price they had quoted me, and that if my cat was being too difficult, then I asked them to stop trimming him immediately, and I would pay them the amount that they had quoted me. This did not happen. I also told them that I just needed him shaved, but they insisted that I have to buy a package deal with bath, nail trimming, gland draining, etc, even though I told them that I just needed him shaved. They quoted $98 on the phone. Again, I told them about my financial situation, and told them to stop if it were going to be more than the price that they quoted me. They finished my cat before 7pm as I waited, and then it came time to pay the bill...$175!!!! And then she said, "You're lucky...I'm saving you some money. I'm not going to charge you $50 since my assistant had to help me."
And here is biggest issue: My cat came back injured! He cannot put any weight on his back, left leg, and he has spent the entirety of his time at the house (3 days so far) underneath our bed since we got him home on Saturday night, and he has never been under our bed before and has never been withdrawn like he is. And when I emailed Rachel complaining about my cat being injured and sending her a video of him trying to walk, while limping and crying in pain, but she did not even respond to me at all. Pet owner beware.
