Horrible experience. Broke my screen on iPhone 6, made appointment and put in the notes that the screen was broken on iPhone 6 and needed to be replaced, called in waited on hold 20 minutes to verify they had the screen and could install, arrived at my 5:20 appointment time, met with the genius bar greeter showing him my phone and verifying with him that the genius bar geniuses could replace the screen, he said yes, waited a half hour for a genius bar employee who told me their installation machine was broken and that I could schedule at another store. When I explained all of the above to him he shrugged his shoulders, no apology, no let me get a manager for you, nothing. It appears that they don't have a belief that customer’s time is also valuable. They saw the notes for the repair, they gave a verbal phone verification and a visual verification that they could perform what was needed. Very poor management communication to their employees. No employee concern with customer being inconvenienced and or wasting of their time.

Most frustrating day I've had the displeasure of experiencing in quite awhile. One of the employees - "W---y" - went OUT OF HER WAY to make life difficult for me, just because she could. I left and came back a little bit later to just get another employee to help me. No - she saw me, singled me out again! Left - waited 8 hours until I thought she'd be gone - hoping they don't work like nurses or docs in a hospital and have to pull 12 hours shifts. So at 8 pm, I go back, nice guy jason I think helped me, passed me to Jeff who was super cool and I was out of the store with my product in 15 minutes. I don't recommend though - stick with Amazon or Verizon stores - save your time. Gave 1 star in respect for the good product.

I have an iPhone with tmobile service. i'm so bad. But if you had an iPhone wouldn't you like for the company to stand behind its own product? Apple doesn't. Where do I turn now?
