The place is a fithly dump. The first time I took my beautiful dog here, I paid for a full grooming. I had to ask him to clip her nails and he didn't brush her out. I left this place paying for a face trimming and nail clipping, and he gashed her faced open. Blood was every where. I just called to find out how clean the their tools are because I'm worried about an infection now and he called me a b**** and an a****** and justified it because I didn't pay for a full grooming and started insulting my dog too. Pig. The bum was outside in an alley with no shoes on making a drug deal when I got there. I recorded that call. Check it out on the bbb.

this place is the most unprofessional groomers I have ever dealt with..i stopped going a year ago because they kept shaving my multipoo and gave me the wrong dog..so I switched..its about a 25 minute drive to the new ones but they are professionals..i thought lets try it one more time..maybe..they have improved their service and its closer..oh heck no..i called to be sure they weren't busy they had 1 dog in there when I went in..i waited outside and waited 4 hours called after 2 hours n 30 minutes they said they would call..i finally went in after 4 hours and my dog was sitting in a crate I asked how long she was done they said a while that they had called a few hours ago and my husband..which I don't have one..said I was working.which I don't.. I watched the groomers come outside and smoke and play on their phones forever and 8 dogs came and went while I was waiting..stay away from this place..the cut wasn't what I asked but just wanted my dog out of there..Bubble puppy in Trenton are professionals and I sure don't mind making an appointment ..ive never waited more then an hour n half that's when their busy..my dog is a family member and deserves better treatment..no potty no drink..certainly not on their many smoke breaks..

I have taken my dog numerous places spent 50-80 dollars and never got the same cut twice regardless of how specific my instructions were. Here they were patient and used scissors in areas my dog made it clear she wasn't liking the buzz. I like no appointment needed. My mother is very picky and will only take her Yorkie there. We keep her toothbrush in car to safe on next cleaning. Only downside is cash only so in my debit card world that means a stop to the bank.

I took both of my cats in yesterday. It's not easy to find a place that grooms cats. I was real happy with the price and the work. My kitty's came home looking great. I highly recommend this groomer.

Normally I would groom my 3 dogs myself, but out of time I take the dogs there. Cheap, until the price hike. Never ask for papers. Bc of this we overlooked that they cut our dogs whiskers off and for all u hunters out there, u know that whiskers are pretty important, just like a cat. Sensory perception is in the whiskers for the hole hunters.

The story: this took me two years to finally decide I need to tell people. I get the call/ "dog is ready" I'm at the counter, all groomers are in the back smokin down, sitting on a break. Dazed guy comes forward and tells a totally different price. Yep price increase. Again? I just had a price increase from dog #2 last week. How bout a discount for bringing in 3 dogs. "No" he says, can't do that. So he hands me a chihuahua. I said what I nice dog, calm, cute, I said, I probably could get $500 for her out on the street here. He said no why would u do that? I asked what are y'all smokin back there? A lady pops her head up from the smoke filled back room and says, did you give her the wrong dog? I nodded my head yes. Oh! He says Which dog is yours?! I said that large black dog in the cage crying for me. How bout a discount now? No still cant do that he says. Hmph! At the same time the real owner of the chihuahua walks in(her dog is still at the counter) I told her oh u have a really nice dog, I held her for awhile. You did?! Guy in the background says no, no, no, under his voice. - did I tell her? Did I ask for the discount again? Did I tip the actual groomer? No, no , no, I just walked out and never went back. And I would suggest the same for everyone else.

I have been taking my dogs there for over 10 years. They always do a great job. The owners always try to educate me and other customers about anything that they can. I would never take my animals to another groomer. I tell everyone to bring there pets to them.

This groomer recently relocated to Dix Ave. in Lincoln Park. I took my German Shepherd there regularly when they were located in Taylor. They now have new groomers and on his last visit there (a week ago) they completely shaved my dog!!! In Michigan, in the dead of winter; I still can't believe they did it. In the past when they asked if we wanted him shaved, it meant trimming around the back of his hips, where his fur is so thick. I had no idea they would completely shave him. This groomer has groomed our dog for over 2 years but never, ever again. I will never take my dog or refer any of my friends there again.

We took our beautiful German Shepherd there for grooming and when he left, he looked absolutely ridiculous! When I spoke with the owner, he was unconcerned. He needs to supervise his employees better. It would have also been helpful if they would have referenced the card file they keep on each customer. Very unprofessional.
