I would recommend Overhead Door and they will have my business from now on. The serviceman, Marty, was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Our garage was crowded with low overhead and it was not an easy job to do. However, he got right to work and finished the entire job in a short amount of time. I was very pleased with the service.

Great Experience. We had a malfunction with our 15 year old garage door track and one of the cars was stuck inside. Doug was very professional and had someone over within 24 hours. Cecil was extremely pleasant and friendly and had everything ship shape in no time for a very reasonable rate. They'll be first on my list if I ever need help with my garage door again.

The customer service leaves something to be desired. The serviceman was rude to say the least. He repaired my garage door opener knowing the motor was shot without notifying me before doing the work. Had to replace opener, which works great but not without receiving a great deal of attitude from the serviceman. I won't use them again because of him.

The repairman knew what he was doing, told me the exact cost to replace both springs and the opener, which were all 30 years old. All work was done in a timely manner. I have used others but never again. They have my business! James Wenz Palmyra, NE

I'm happy with the product but the service and installation fell short of my expectations. They installed a different opener than they had originnally pitched me had to come to my house four different times before they were done then I still wound up fixing part of the installation that wasn't to the quality I'd expect from a professional.
