Spots Be Gone

They did an average job cleaning my carpets and I gave the cleaners a healthy tip. They charged me the 'out of area' fee even though I determined I was in the radius before buying the voucher. They said it would dry by the next day and the carpet was still wet the next day. I paid extra for stain removal that was guaranteed for 30 days. I then called them after 3 weeks when my stains came back and scheduled a follow up appointment, to which they did not show up. I called them back and they said they called me but received no answer. I received no call, no voice mail or any other means of communication. They apologized and we wrote it off as a miscommunication and rescheduled another follow up appointment, to which they did not show up, and with no attempts of any type of communication. I would call back, but I'm too busy to waste my time with empty promises. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and will post this review on google and any other website that I can.

I called and spoke with someone named Carmen. She was very sweet and fit me into her schedule even though it was a last minute thing. Keith came out and did a wonderful job and even removed 2 stains I requested at no additional charge.
