Miguelin Contracting

Our company hired Miguelin in 2008 and our experience with them can me described in one word, Unreliable! Although the company is committed to helping the local youth by offering them jobs during the summer, this kind gesture truly affects the quality of their work and makes it impossible for them to meet deadlines. The poor workmanship by the young men hired was mostly due to the lack of supervision provided by Miguelin. Often times it appeared that Miguelin was working on far too many projects at once and time managed them poorly, making us feel like the work being done at our property was less important than that being provided to others. The office personnel were also rude to our staff when we confronted with deadlines and our dissatisfaction with the services. There were also discrepancies with the invoices being submitted by Miguelin's staff, given they did not reflect the price and terms of the contract; given they had lost it, and required us to send them a copy of ours so that they may correct the invoices.

If you want quality work done in a timely manner, do not hire Miguelin. Save yourself the money, time and aggravation!
