        it was brought to my attention if I had moved? because the mail was returned. yeah, the postman removed my name from my mail box!! I just renewed my car registration!! who did this? without verifying !!

        What is going on? No mail has been delivered to Dancing Vines since before Christmas. If there is something wrong? Why hasn't anyone informed the residents on this street? If there is damage or a malfunction with the mailbox, shouldn't it be repaired immediately with notification to the residents on this street? This is just ridiculous! There is no problem going to pick up the mail from the post office, but you should at least inform us and fix the problem! Thank you.

        Have lost 3 of my packages already and i passed them to the guy at the register too?? Very incompetant and unfriendly also. Would recommend everyone go elsewhere if you want safe delivery of your mail and friendly service.

        I gave this post office one st...

        I gave this post office one star because I couldn't send review without at least one but it was not deserved. It is the most unorganized, unfriendly place any of us could need to go. I have never had a good experience there. No matter what services you require it generally takes entirely too long. The worst is when you stand in a huge line only to find you belonged in another long line because none of the employees ever find it necessary to keep their patrons informed. Worse yet, we are stuck with this post office if we need anything directly relating to our address. With the exception of one gentleman (who is always personable & friendly) the rest should be terminated & new ones with some customer services skills hired. After experiencing this post office, its no wonder the post office department is in trouble.

        Not long ago, it was common to...

        Not long ago, it was common to know your mail carriers name, and they were friendly. My carrier seems very angry and bitter. Forget knowing the name, how about a smile? If your job makes you that unhappy, maybe a change is in order.

        VERY UNORGANIZED

        I have been in line now for over half hour. Everybody in line has been complaining and are very irritated. When it was my turn, they sent me to the pickup because the manager is working the window. Now I have to wait in another long line. All I got was sorry.....how about get your manager over than me waiting on her twice and in line again! VERY UNORGANIZED!
