Cherry Lash

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUNDI have had lashes done here before and i liked them, so i went back. I got an apprentice and whatever she did was so PAINFUL!! I had brusing all around my eyes and almost half the lashes fell out within a week. I called and after about a week of leaving messages and no call backs I found someone in manegment by accident because I had called all the locations every day. I was told that if i come back in again they can fix the bad ones and fill back in some. (this meant that I had to pay for daycare, and a ride again) All the time ended up being spent just trying to fix the bad ones and not one was replaced. I again tried to reach someone in management to talk about my promised service not being completed. Because it took almost 2 weeks to get a response from management it was right before Christmas when I finally got a call back. Roger, who said he was a partner in ownership of Cherry Lash Lounge, told me I could get a full refund of what I paid using cash but only the $9 could be refunded to my CC. I was greatful and said that if I didnt recieve it by New Years I would call him back or he could call me if there was any problems. Well, a few days after Jan 1st I called and he told me then he never sent it and would not in the future. I asked for his superiors name and number and have again left numerous messages and it has been about a week with no response at the time of this review. When I was able to get a ride and daycare for the third time I was finally able to get my promised refund minus the $9. They told me flat out they would not refund that to my CC because it belonged to the artist that hurt my eyes so badly. At any point I would have been happy with a mailed check for my refund and would have still went back for services and reccomended them. But as for my treatment and the end result of this very bad service I will never go back and I will make sure to tell everyone I can about my experience. I am very, very unhappy with Got Lashes, now known as Cherry Lash Lounge and give them a VERY POOR REVIEW
