Cliff (who is the owner operator) has done an excellent job for us.
Our pool was a mess when we hired him. He cleaned our pool and got everything straightened up. Our chemicals, that we used to use, is minimal now. We were throwing money away for no reason. Now We’re saving money even after we pay him.
We’d recommend Paradise Pools and Spa.

Very poor inconsistent pool service. I ordered pool service since I was frequently out of town. However, he never provided correspondence, feedback, or status reports about the pool or provide a scope of what was done; however, I still prepaid $130 to $250/month for the services. I came home to a emerald green pool, that I had contracted weekly pool maintenance for. I had to personally drain, clean, and sanitize the pool after it had turned emerald green. The skimmer was not even in the pool the past few visits, which does not reflect that a weekly visit had been occuring. I had attempted to call and email to cancel; however, I had received no response. He does not even have voicemail to leave a message. How convenient. I stayed home the next couple weeks to see if he would show to cancel service; however, noone came. I also would monitor the home over the next couple of months, however, the individual still did not show. I assumed the service was cancelled due to him not showing up over the next couple months and decided to do the pool cleaning myself. Then, I receive an invoice for almost $600, 4 months later with no correspondence in between for pool cleaning/supplies stating that a lien will be placed on my property if I don't pay. Cliff, I have and will pay, but I don't believe it is worth it for the inadequate services received.
