I bought a TRY GOD gold charm recently and was completely satisfied. The price was excellent and it came quickly. I would easily say that their customer service is super. It came in a box with gold ties and all kinds of discount cards. I will definitely do business with them again.

I inherited a ring from my grandfather that was too large for me. I originally took it to Jareds (yeah "I went to Jareds", but I am never going back) for resizing. Jareds had quoted me $40 dollars, which I was okay with. Days later, they called to inform me that it would cost $500! They claimed the stones (garnets) had been epoxied in the setting and their jeweler would have to reset the stones. Needless to say, I didn't have it resized there. Instead, I just ended up wasting my time. Sometime later, I took my ring to Arnold's and told me to that they could resize and clean my ring for $29! They even informed me that the so-called epoxy was sediment that had built up from years of use. In a couple days, they called to tell me my ring was done. Overall, I'm very happy with experience and the resized (and cleaned) ring looks great! My grandfather would be very happy!

I am buying a house and I needed to sell a large quantity of silver bullion quickly, I checked around town for the best deal and these people were it, and so close to my home. I was greeted at the door and treated like a million bucks. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly respectful. I noticed that everyone there at the same time was treated well, even if they were making small transactions. So I can only say this place stands out, and I would patronize them again without a doubt.

Arnold Jewelers gave me the best price in Pinellas County for my old gold jewelry and some gold coins that I had for years. I went to all the stores that I saw on tv and Arnold's gave me THE best price. They were very nice, too!

Ray and Bill took my mother's , my grandmother's and my own diamond rings and combined them into the most lovely yellow and with gold setting that is solely mine.Furthermore, Kim has a wonderful shop for decorating that always has that special gift you are looking for, in the Accent on Homes section of the store.

He found us the perfect diamond within our budget and made us one of a kind rings.It's exciting to know that our rings are unique to us. The craftsmanship is superb and was completed in a timely manner.The atmosphere at Arnolds is also unique. There are no high pressure sales. Very relaxed and casual. Tons of things to look at. The wife loves the place. What woman doesn't love a jewelery store but this one has an attached home decor store. Double bonus for her! This has quickly become one of our favorite destinations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
