I completely trust this jeweler. I have taken several pieces there to have work done. All the way from gold chains that needed repair to my mother's wedding rings. The staff is kind and they did the work on time every time. They also provided me with a claim ticket for each item I left in their possession. I saw the other review and felt I needed to share this because I left 5 pieces with them one time and got 5 claim tickets and had to produce all 5 when I picked them up so they could make sure I was the rightful owner. They were very professional at the time I dropped off the items and when I picked them up. I later entrusted them with my mother's wedding rings and they did a wonderful job then, too. I have since sent in my niece and others and all have been completely satisfied and happy to of found a good jeweler they could trust.

I really give a negative star. I took a watch to these people and was told come back in 2 weeks to get my estimate. Well I should have known something was wrong cause they did not give me a ticket or reciept. They came highly recommended so I let it go. When I went back the woman acted as if I had 2 heads on my backside, cause she denied ever having taken the watch and claimed she could not find it and got nasty when I got upset. It was a watch given to me by my now deceased husband when we were dating. It wasnt' a cheap watch, it was an expensive Bulova and even if they couldn't fix it, why keep my watch? I even went back and the guy couldn't find it or a record of it, kept asking for my ticket and I kept saying the woman never gave me one. So as far as I'm concerned, I have never and will never and often tell people who say they're going there my story. Don't care if the whole place as changed, they are theives and will never be anything else.
