Extremely lazy,
Will use every policy excuse to make you the problem,
Inconsiderate and do not care about even doing their job.
Rain, sleet or snow, no more.
Multiple problems with leaving notes instead of trying to get attention of any
possible person inside or outside the residence while home or not. Others (Amazon, UPS) do not have a problem seeing if there is an animal in the yard or not, and if yes, check to see if friendly or not like any other human being. if there is a dog, they can't make up their minds to either come inside the yard, pet the friendly animal and leave the package on the porch, throw the package on the ground over the fence without any in climate whether protection (Garbage bag, plastic sack), or leave (the ones that can/do fit) in the newspaper box outside the gate. And or, without even leaving their vehicle to check anything, if the package won't fit inside the mailbox, leave a note to let you know it's your fault they are too lazy to accomplish the most simplest of tasks.

They can also not stick to any sort of time frame/schedule to stick to. So if you have an animal and a fenced in yard, never let it out of the house, so the dainty magic butterflies don't get scarred away and can deliver, what they are being paid to do, in an emotionally safe environment.

Rude and inconsiderate employees, even the supervisors are rude.

This lady from Usps office in Lakewood, she said that she was new. I have never been so disrespected by a person in my life. I called 5 times that day and they never answered the phone, until my 6th try and I talked to someone who says she's the new supervisor, but I guess the people here doesn't train their employees! She was so rude, every time I try to talk she keeps talking over me, and even though I'm the customer she's talking to me like she's talking to her mom; I hope she doesn't talk to her mom like that cause she would be slapped if she was ever my child! So the story here is that I had applied for my passport 2 weeks ago, but because I was in a hurry I had to pay extra to have it expedited. So I wait for 2 weeks and nothing. So I call and get a tracking number and I see that my package had arrive 2 weeks ago, and delivery failed because the store was closed. But it was supposed to re-deliver the next day BUT they never sent it out! It doesn't make sense that I have to call to have it delivered. I don't know how people train their employees but I really wanted to slap that girl in the face, her name is kate or whatever. And she had the nerve to hang up on me, and when I call she ignored so I called from a different number and she said she was going to report me for harassing?! WTF. I hope that someone actually reads the reviews that people leave here and actually try to do something about it! It's disgusting how we have to actually take our time and write these reviews about how people are not doing their jobs!

My husband and I have not been getting OUR mail for about 6months now!! We've called 3x same answer we will look into it. Nothing has happened.. With the holidays around the corner I order online ALOT!. JUST had a package not come.. And I was home ALLDAY.. Called the office NO ANSWER!!. I really HATE this post office. They have no professionalism what-so-EVER!. SO if you have a problem your screwed!!. Seriously!! Good luck!.

Everyone that works here is really rudeand looks like they want to jump off a bridge. Doesn't matter how nice you are or simple the task is.

Horrible service. They don't answer their phone, when I do get ahold of them they're rude. Several months ago they stopped my mail because my box was full. I called and they said it was taken care of. Week later, and still hadn't received my mail, I called back and again they said it was taken care of and they will notify the driver. Well months later only half of my mail is being sent to me, the other half is being sent back to sender.

They don't answer the phone. This is a bad place to go to. We can stand in line for an hour or more.

Currently standing in line with 16 customers in front of me and one cashier helping customers while the other is processing passports. How is this acceptable?

I tracked my shipment, post office said that I was unavailable wtf I was home all day waiting bs now I have to wait till Monday they need to stop being lazy.

Very rude. Called to ask a simple question about the box locks, and was told that it was not their problem, to fix the issue. Just told me to take care of it my self. Theses people have no business working with the public.

Terrible customer service. Called and asked one SIMPLE question and was straight up disrespected, yelled at and hung up on. People here have an attitude as soon as you say hello on the line. No one here sounds like they enjoy even being at their job. It really sucks I live in the area and have to use this service. I even have problems with them delivering other peoples mail that I have repeatedly wrote on and put the flag up for them to take it away. - Stars for sure.

This place needs some qualified personel because they can't seem to even be able to deliver mail properly. First off the local driver decided to cancel my mail because they thought I wasn't living there anymore. It has now been a month and even with many phone calls they still can't get it together. I have been told every week that it has been taken care of. Over 1 month later and I am forced to get a PO Box at another post office just so I can get my mail. They deserve a minus 5 star rating.
