Very courteous, always a smile... I started buying tobacco products, but when I expressed interest in the vapor to get off cigarettes, the owner went out of his way to show me cheaper options (fixed income), even saving me more money when I discovered the tobacco flavors didn't suit me and graciously traded my bottles for flavors he let me try out first. The staff always went out of their way to assist, even helped me sift through the baskets for specific vapors. They all are more than willing to help customers find exactly what they need and patiently teach us how to use, fill and maintain the products they sell.
