Absolutely horrible, took my car in for minor front end damage that was supposed to take 4 days, got my car back 11 days later with crooked lights, misaligned body panels, and poor paint. Also have no power steering, misfire in engine and shake in front end, all new since this service. GM Dealer says pwr steering was fried by improper jump start !! brought back to Douglass to remedy other issues, called later that day and told by Jason(manager) that "we don't jump vehicles ever ! Misfire is due to a bad coil/poor maintenance (plugs and coils are a few months old), the lights and body panels are misaligned because I provided parts that don't fit, and the shake in front end is because my tires are "CRAP". He then tells me he is done with my car and if I don't get it he will charge me storage!!!
