Scam artists from the start who put your family's safety last. I got a quote online and then called to confirm. They tried to jack the price with a 'policy' of replacing the tire monitoring components. I told them in 15 years I'd never heard of this and when I went to hang up the manager offered it up for free. Reluctantly, I agreed. I sent my assistant down with my Range Rover Sport to replace the two front tires. When she brought the car back I saw they'd done the replacement, then rotated my now-more-worn back tires with the front so that the new tires were on the back. I sent her back to have them rotated back to have the new tires on front for safety. The assistant manager refused! When he got on the phone to explain why he said it was it because the most-worn tires must go on the front to prevent aquaplaning. I told him that was completely false and that it was the opposite. He then refused because of 'company policy'. This franchise is a f&cking scam. Fully of liars and rip off artists who couldn't give a sh*t about your family's safety - they just want to make a few extra bucks on every transaction. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
