        K-DM Property Services is a multi-disciplinary professional environmental service company, which focuses on the prevalent issue of mold. We are able to inspect and test for a number of contaminants and, if found to be present and posing a risk to the structural integrity of the property or the health of its occupants, can provide the complete removal of these contaminants in a safe manner. Following any removal and remediation procedure we can fully restore the property to a pre-loss condition so it's like the problem never happened.

        I don't know what I would've done without their services. They were the first to respond! They catered to my every need and my availability! The inspector was thorough! It was just what I need and all for a price that was within my budget. I highly recommend their services... definitely No.1!
