        We used this agency for a school trip to New York City and was not impressed at all. Very unorganized, and not the greatest customer service. Unfortunately I will not take another trip through this agent. Booked extremely small and not so clean hotel, some services told would be provided was not, plane seating was scattered throughout, and itenarary planning and timing was a mess. Thank goodness for our teacher who came with us, she rearranged and replanned the activites last minute making better time schedule and setting actives in better order.
