        I have taken my two dogs there twice and both times they have come home with a bad case of fleas. They are both on Trifexis and still had adult fleas on them! Even my car had to be sprayed down, that's how bad the fleas were! The last time one of my dogs had a cut on his stomach. And the place has cats everywhere and smells like cat urine. When i got home my eyes were almost swelled shut b/c i'm highly allergic to cats. I had to give my dogs another bath when I got them home to get rid of the fleas from this place b/c it's infested!!

        My re're has been to pups and pals several times for grooming. They are excellent at there job and most of all have a genuine love for animals. That type of business is so much appreciated when dealing with someone's pet. ��������������������������������������������

        This place is AWEFUL, do not take your pets here. I cannot decie which is worse the way they treat the pets (verbally abusive) or the way they treat the owners (a sense of entitlement that they decided to take your money). They get angry if you call to check in after 4 hours on one visit then they get mad that you don't on another. This is just an awful place and there are much better places in Knoxville to go. Not to mention the place is kind of a dump; I should have realized it when I pulled up to the place.

        I have had to board my dog here for several weeks now. I am in a situation where, if it weren't for them, I would have to give her away and I have had her for 7 years. She likes being there and they are great when I call to check on her. She was boarded at a vet's and was having physical problems but not at this place...plenty of exercise. I HIGHLY recommend them!

        Pups and Pals Excellent

        We've boarded our dog Blu there twice & have had him groomed. They did an excellent job and were very nice. This is our only pet so while out of town we would call several times to check on him and they were always pleasant. Matter of fact we are taking him there today on his 4th trip to get groomed. We would highly recommend them!
