Sally Beauty Supply

i hate to say it but this sallys is horrible or either the older lady that works there is cse i just tried to hurry up an buy a hair straightener as a christmas gift for my girlfriend rite befor she leaves out of town tonight and i walked up 2 minutes befor they closed and the lady tells me no when on top of that i called and told her i was on my way in severe wheather that i would be there no later than 8 (which i was) an she responded quote "better be here befor 8 because doors are shutting at exactly 8" then the phone was hung up! i just wish people took there jobs serious and would close up when there actually supposed to instead of not wanting to deal with that last customer they feel they could just lock up on! its not fair especially for somebody in my situation! plus it would have taken 1 minute to get the object from behind the register she was standing at and rang it up! but i guess the sallys store managers dont think that way now do they!
