About once a month at least one piece of my mail is not delivered to me. It is often delivered to a neighbor, who will bring it to me, but sometimes it is delivered far from my home and a man who gets my mail quite often told me the last time he drove to my house to give me the mail that he would not do that drive again. He lives at 1410 N.E. 92nd Terrace, KCMO, 64155. I have lived at 4907 N.W. 60th Street, KCMO, 64151, 31 YEARS. I am writing a letter today to the Postmaster because Claim No. CA103608508 was never resolved and I never got the return call "Mary" promised. I can't tell you how many times I have had to call for another statement or see how much I owe someone because their mail never arrived. I have even had to pay late fees for those I didn't think of calling. All the addresses on this missing mail is clearly typed and show in the window. While you are in meetings wondering why people avoid your services and use electronic mail, look in a mirror! NO STAR rating.
