DO NOT contact this company for assistance in planning your travels. I was going to use them for a cruise of a lifetime I have been dreaming about for years. I called to ask if I needed a passport to travel the Panama Canal. I started my question by saying, "I'm sorry to bother but I can't find my answer online"....I proceeded to ask if I needed a passport and the woman who answered the phone stated in an extremely hateful tone, "Let me get this straight, you are BOOKING a cruise online and you want ME to tell you if you need a passport?" I was going to use them to assist me in my plans, but not now. I've found another agency who actually wants my business!
