All those glowing reviews must be from employees, because I was not at all impressed with the customer service. They were short on the phone. The Technician i had reaked of BO, and did not know his stuff. Glowing reviews, not from me.

The technician was friendly and helpful that came to my home. Anytime I need anything they have always come out and taken care of my bugs...

We have pretty bad spiders in our garden that get into the house pretty frequently, so I've been bugging my husband for a while about calling a service. A friend suggested EcoFirst. I was expecting a spray and walk away service, but I was surprised to see that the technician swept my eaves and got all the webs and debris around windows and doors in addition to spraying around the house and putting something down on the grass. He was there for about 45 minutes total, and I felt like he was really thorough. Our friends have had good experiences with these guys, so I'm expecting the same. Before he left, the technician let me know that if I saw anything in between my services (they come every 3 months), to just call them and they'll come out for free, so that helps with some peace of mind. Would recommend them!

This company has exceeded my expectations. They helped me get rid of my any problem, even coming out in between seasonal services to help me get rid of my ants. I no longer have problems with any pests and I really appreciated the time and effort they take to make sure I am satisfied. I will be recommending them to everyone.

These guys are very good. I got service with Ecofirst originally because of the silverfish I had in my bathrooms. It took about a week after service for them to go away but no more silverfish now. Our technician has managed to keep them away ever since.

I've had Ecofirst pest control for about a year now. I recently moved to Carrollton from out of state and had no idea what fire ants were. We had mounds all over our property and Ecofirst got rid of them within just a few day. We now have a seasonal maintenance plan with Ecofirst and the ants have stayed away. I have also been very impressed with how friendly the company's staff is and how quick Ecofirst will return if I ever see a fire ant mound return. These are quality people you can count on.

Just got these guys service. Wow! My ants were gone in just one day. Had Orkin coming out before and they couldn't ever get the job done right. These guys treated the entire property and really spent the time on my home.
