Great place to buy an automobile. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Cruiser with about 50k miles on it. Alex Sveshnikov was knowledgeable about the vehicle, knew its history and treated me fairly. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Best experience I have had buying a car. The Cruiser now has 140k+ miles on it and runs great. I am definitely going to buy my next car from Best Choice.

It was my first experience buying a car, all the buying process was fairly quickly and smooth. What i like the most about this dealer was their honesty to disclose the information about the vehicle. I have not had a single problem with my truck since i got it 2 yrs ago. I would highly recomend this dealer to anybody looking for a used car.

I purchased an 01 wrangler sport with a 4.0 and 5 speed. The vehicle SEEMED TO BE just fine with a few minor issues. We drove it checked for any leaks still all is good. We'll when it came to the warranty I decided to skip it because it wasn't a very good deal nor do I live within a reasonable distance of this hole. I am a USAF Maintainer and have always done my own maintenance so I'm not afraid to turn some wrenches. So again didn't think the warranty was necessary if it really was so well maintained and mechanically sound as they claimed and it SEEMED TO BE. Well I drove it home and the next day I noticed rear main seal was leaking then the transfer case then the pinion seal. Well I'm not even done fixing those yet but still around 300 spent repairing myself. We'll within 2 weeks of owning the vehicle driving home one day the engine had a loud clunking sound. After getting into it turned out a lifter collapsed with another about to. Looking around we could see it was recently rebuilt so why is this happening. Well looking at the head it turned out to be warped so we took it to a machine shop to get resurfaced and back in business. Well I got a call from that trustworthy machine shop who prior to doing any work on it did a inspection. Turned out I was sold a vehicle with a cracked cylinder head. In the very short period i owned the vehicle it never got hot or even driven hard. So there is no way my 15 min drive to work could have done this so i had to of purchased it this way. This can easily be hidden by a sales person. Change the head gasket to temporarily slow the leak of the warped head between the cyclinders. Then change the oil and coolant so it appears clean and not contaminated. With that being said a good honest dealer warranty or not, would have fixed this free of charge. This place on the other hand wants me to tow it there which is around d 150-300 dollars for the tow. Then from there they said there is nothing they can do but give me a discount on hourly fees so it would be 80 to 90 dollars an hour. Well after seeing what they had already done to cover things up I can't imagine what else they would do nor would I trust anything they would do. All I was asking was help paying for a new head which is between 400 and 600 depending if the valves were damaged. Also with what has already happened I don't know what else in the block is possibly destroyed. So PLEASE keep in mind these people and what claim to be mechanics do is buy totaled vehicles and claim to fix them and resell them. Mine on the other hand was a trade in. The possibilities of problems you will have with one of their vehicles and the claimed work they have put in is simply not worth the stress. I would rather pay double at a honest dealer that stands behind their work. Now I have read other reviews about them and if it is a negative review they will reply making it sound as if they did nothing wrong and was all the customers mistake. I will tell you what I have learned. They are sales people and will try to convince you and others to believe what ever it is they want. I will say it is my mistake. It was mistake for doing any kind of business with these people and I hope anyone reading this can learn from my mistake. I also can't wait to see what kind of response these dishonest individuals have.
