Mbfp My Best Friend's Place

Let me start off with saying stay away from this unprofessional place. I took my dog in at 12:45 in the afternoon and he was not ready for pickup until 6:20 that evening. I took it upon myself to just go back to see what was taking so long and the owner told me and my children to leave so she could finish or it would take her even longer to get done. Now I know the difference between a cut an a trim my dog was bald! The owner never apologized for the long wait. She rolled her eyes when I expressed my concern for the wait. She is rude and disrespectful. She has list all her Groomers to the point she is the only one grooming. I want everyone I know to stop doing business here.

More like My Best Friends Living Nightmare! horrible customer service they do NOT know what they are doing.Take your furry friends and put your track shoes on and RUN as fast as you can!My dog has clipper burn and very irritated.She is acting very depressed and won't hardly eat after her experience.I don't know what they did to my baby.I wish I had 0 stars to rate this establishment if you want to even call it that.I hate I took my baby there she's acting very lethargic.She has a slight temperature too.Just hope she doesn't have an infection from her burns and nicks.NEVER AGAIN,!

The best grooming place ever their this bather named Sam he did my pitbull that everyone was afraid to touch but not Sam my dog was very happy with him my had never gotten his nails done but he let Sam do his nails he is very good with dogs I've never someone so good with dogs he is friendly ....so if you have a trouble dog Sam is the man I will be back because my coco found her place oh and the owner have us a free bath after some lady canceled our appointment by mistake ...bring your dog to my best friends place if you want your dog to be loved ....

I had a terrible experience with this grooming salon! They are not professional. The service was horrible. The groomer cut my dog so low ..he was irritated and burned from the clippers ..never again! The cut was uneven and my dog was half clean! They declined to correct the mistakes..wow..how unprofessional!!!!

All I can say is "Wow". My poodle looked fabulous! Blake did a wonderful job and I will definitely be going back. The facility is nice & clean, the staff is very helpful and courteous. This is my new "go to" groomer! Wonderful!

I was a customer of petsmart for years, every other month I brought pierre. Then one day I was walking my down and I got a flyer from My Best Friends Place shop. I came in and right away I felt welcome. So I ended up getting pierre groomed and it was, by far, the best groom he has ever gotten. I definitely recommend this salon for your pet.

Very nice people, very modern style salon. You can tell these groomers have very exclusive clientel.

I visited MBFP for the first time just to try a local groomer....now i will never take my dog anywhere else. If you need any breed cut go here ask for Blake
