I love the ATM's here. I love the people here. I love Bank of America. The online bill payment option (were the bank sends out a check for you for your bills. You tell them when and how much and to who.) is free and beyond amazing. I have tried billpay at other banks and every now and again they all "lost" my payment. Which means my money is gone but the payment was not made. This has NEVER happened with Bank of America. I have been doing billpay with them for 5 years now. It is the only thing that has saved my credit rating; it helps me get my payment in on time every time. The Jonesboro locations are all super friendly. They even sometimes have morning snacks for customers! I just love this bank!!! I have only used ATM's elsewhere. PS-Every bank has fees, this one does as well. But they are a business and they do provide a service. Bank of America goes above and beyond with their service.

have ever dealt with in customer services, I have been hung up on, rudely interrupted and been belittled to the extent that I wondered why I had the audacity to walk into their business. I was a customer at one time, and have tried to be their customer once again but the rudeness overtook me, I have a small fortune and was looking to invest, so naturally I called and went to the bank.I really was belittled to the extent that I felt that I was not worthy enough to stand in their presence, so I took my $820,000.00 check and walked out confused and bewildered
