Every Body Massage & Bodywork Studio

I work in the Office environment and every 2-3 months the tension / stress knots up my upper back and shoulders become pretty unbearable. I've visited other massage therapists the past few years, Most experiences were positive, a few I left feeling worse... But I have never gotten these kind of results. The rates were reasonable (60/hr) and a knowledgeable Massuese (I saw Sarah) describing why the "keyboard posture" results in these types of muscle problems, and working areas other than the problem area for best results (which at first threw me off because that's not where the problem was...) It was explained that these muscles tie into the back and shoulders. I also received a few pointers on how to avoid the muscle knots while at work... Glad I gave the place a try and wanted to share.
