Bullock Body Shop

Had a problem with Volvo XC90, took it to the dealer first who quoted me a several hundred dollar fix and wasn't exactly even sure what the issue was. Took it to Ritchie at Bullock's instead. Drove me back to work while they looked at it. Found the problem immediately and fixed it for under $200 same day. Outstanding! A real gem.

I had a radiator core support replaced there a couple months ago and the cut in half instead of replacing the whole piece. They also were supposed to paint it to match the rest of the car but decided to just take a five dollar can of spray paint and charge me a hundred dollars for it and not even bother to sand it so it just peels off. And on top of everything they punctured my a/c condenser and lied about it saying it was already damaged but I had already checked it and it was still pressurized and when I finally got the bill they charged me double saying they had to roll they fenders because they had to be rolled supposedly because they had been bent the core support was removed but on later inspection the fender bolts hadn't even been touched they were still covered with dust. I'd say to avoid them at all costs and don't get ripped off like I did.
